In the vacuum version, a high-quality seal made of Novaflon® 500 is used. This material consists of multidirectionally expanded PTFE (100% pure) and is characterized by excellent chemical resistance, high mechanical stability, and exceptional sealing properties.
The sealing system is designed for a temperature range of -60 °C to +200 °C and complies with the requirements of the TA-Luft (Technical Instructions on Air Quality).
Suitability for vacuum applications down to 2 mbar absolute has been verified by an independent, accredited testing laboratory. This ensures that the sealing solution offers the highest level of safety and reliability, even under extreme operating conditions.
