The gauge is equipped with high-quality borosilicate glass, according to DIN 7081, firmly installed between gaskets and bolts, ensuring durability and high pressure resistance.
The Type 411 level indicator is made of 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel, a material known for its high corrosion resistance and durability. Upon request, it is available in other materials, tailored to specific requirements and applications.
The assembly is sealed using flat gaskets selected according to process requirements, including not only fiber gaskets but also high-performance materials such as PTFE (Teflon®), novaphit® MST-XP, and KlingerSil® C4400.
⚠️ Important note: Reflex gauges cannot be used with mica shields or coatings, as the protective mica layer prevents the light refraction required for the reflex effect.
