Tailor-made solutions, just a few clicks away:

The extremely robust body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (e.g., 1.4571 / 316Ti), ensuring reliability even under continuous high-pressure and high-temperature loads.

Optionally, versions in special alloys such as nickel-based alloys or Hastelloy® are available, suitable for highly aggressive process environments or with high thermal stress.

Inspection window

The Type 520 High-Pressure Flow Sight Glass features two opposing windows made of thermally pre-stressed borosilicate glass, manufactured in accordance with DIN 7080.

  • They allow for a clear and safe view of the process from both sides.
  • They also enable targeted illumination of the fluid, ensuring real-time visual monitoring – a key factor in safety and efficiency in modern processes.
Flanged connections

The flanged connections comply with DIN EN 1092-1 Form B2, ensuring standardised and secure integration into existing piping systems. Depending on requirements, the flow indicator can be manufactured for pressure classes up to PN 400, making it ideal for high-pressure processes in the following sectors:

  • Chemist
  • Pharmacist
  • Food
  • Energy
Key Benefits
  • Robust and safe design for high pressures
  • Two-way visibility (continuous process monitoring)
  • Modular manufacturing tailored to specific requirements
  • High-strength materials for harsh environments
