The particularly robust body, manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel (alloy 1.4571 / 316Ti), ensures reliable performance under permanent high-pressure and temperature loads.
Upon request, versions in even more resistant materials are available, such as nickel-based alloys or Hastelloy®, allowing for the safe use of the indicator even in highly aggressive environments or those subject to high thermal stress.
The Type 522 is distinguished by two opposing observation windows, made of thermally tempered borosilicate glass according to DIN 7080.
These windows allow for clear and safe observation of the process from both sides, as well as directional lighting of the medium.
Bilateral visibility offers real-time visual control – a significant advantage in terms of safety and efficiency in modern process engineering.
Threaded connections
Internal threaded connections are available according to:
- DIN EN ISO 228-1 (BSP thread), or
- ANSI B 1.20.1 (NPT thread)
These standards ensure standardized and secure integration into existing piping systems.
