Model 322 is delivered pre-assembled from the factory and can be bolted directly to the flange in accordance with DIN EN 1092-1 without requiring any additional effort.
Model 322 is constructed from high-quality 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel, which is highly valued by our customers. The glass used is industry-proven borosilicate glass 3.3, in accordance with DIN 7080 (or equivalent).
If the process conditions pose a problem even for highly resistant borosilicate glass, a specially adapted mica or FEP protective screen for the connection provides additional protection against steam and aggressive chemicals, such as alkali, up to a pH value of 14.
