The extremely robust body, made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (alloy 1.4571 / 316Ti), ensures reliable operation even under continuous high-pressure and temperature loads.
Upon request, versions in high-resistance materials such as nickel-based alloys or Hastelloy® are available, allowing for the safe use of the sight glass in highly aggressive environments or those subject to severe thermal stress.
The Type 521 is distinguished by two opposite viewing windows made of thermally tempered borosilicate glass according to DIN 7080.
