The presence of a third viewing window offers a significant advantage:
it allows for illuminating the moving fluid, providing optimal process observation.
Furthermore, this third window offers the possibility of integrating measurement systems or cameras, making the Type 591 particularly versatile in advanced control and monitoring environments.
The Type 591 is designed for operating pressures up to 400 bar and can be easily installed between flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1.
Thanks to its standardized lengths according to DIN EN 558-1, it is ideal for installation in existing systems, including the replacement of already installed components.
Even with larger nominal diameters, the Type 591 allows for high operating pressures, ensuring exceptional safety and durability.
The standard version is equipped with high-quality borosilicate glass , suitable for operating temperatures up to 280 °C.
With the addition of a mica protection disc, it is possible to reach up to 320 °C when combined with MAXOS® safety glass, according to DIN 7080.
