The main advantage of the 4-way construction with two sight windows lies in the ability to integrate multiple inlets and outlets at a single monitoring point.
This configuration allows observation of fluid flow in different directions, ensuring comprehensive visual control of the process and optimized supervision of operating conditions.
The type 595 was designed for working pressures up to 400 bar and can be easily installed between flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1.
Thanks to the standardized dimensions according to DIN EN 558-1, it is ideal for replacement or integration into existing systems without requiring major modifications.
Even at large nominal diameters, the type 595 maintains high pressure resistance, ensuring exceptional reliability and durability in continuous service.
The standard version is equipped with high-quality borosilicate glass, suitable for working temperatures up to 280 °C.
With the addition of a mica protection disc, it is possible to reach 300 °C or even 320 °C when combined with MAXOS® safety glass, according to DIN 7080.
