Its four-window inspection configuration provides the operator with a near-total 360° view of the process, even under extremely high operating pressures.
This feature allows for optimal observation of the medium flow and comprehensive process control, significantly increasing operational safety and efficiency.
Type 596 is designed for operating pressures up to 400 bar and can be easily installed between flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1.
Thanks to standardized dimensions according to DIN EN 558-1, it is perfectly suited for retrofitting or replacements in existing systems without the need for significant structural modifications.
Even at large nominal diameters, Type 596 maintains excellent mechanical strength and pressure stability, ensuring long durability and operational safety.
The standard version is equipped with high-quality borosilicate glass, suitable for working temperatures up to 280 °C.
With the application of a mica protection disc, it is possible to reach 300 °C, or even 320 °C when combined with MAXOS® safety glass, according to DIN 7080.
