Mechanical Valves (V-Series)

The V-Series mechanical valves are designed to operate with a mechanical preset mechanism to effectively shut off the flow once a predetermined quantity of product has been dispensed. This preset mechanism allows the valve to be shut off mechanically in either a single-stage or two-stage process.

Tailor-made solutions, just a few clicks away:

Single-stage cutters are typically used with slower flow rates or with more viscous products, where hydraulic shock is less of a problem.
A two-stage cutter allows the flow to be decelerated before the final cut, thereby preventing hydraulic shock.
