The ACI Type 590 Flow Sight Glass is the ideal solution for the visual monitoring of fluids in demanding industrial systems. With a stainless steel body and borosilicate glass in accordance with DIN 7080, this sight glass allows for the simultaneous observation of three process lines, making it highly effective for quality control, flow inspection and direct visualisation of fluids. <\/p>\n

The 590 model is constructed from high-quality 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel, which is highly valued by our customers. The glass material used is industry-proven borosilicate glass 3.3, in accordance with DIN 7080 (or equivalent). The connection is sealed using flat gaskets tailored to your requirements from an extensive range of materials; in addition to the widely used fibre gaskets, we also offer more sophisticated materials such as PTFE (Teflon\u00ae), NBR, graphite and many other branded gaskets. <\/p>\n

If the maximum operating temperature of 280\u00b0C does not meet your requirements, or if the process conditions pose a problem even for the highly resistant borosilicate glass, a mica or FEP protective screen specially adapted for the connection offers additional protection against steam and aggressive chemicals, such as alkalis up to a pH value of 14.<\/p>\n

Like other circular product displays, the 590 model can be fitted with SGW-type brushes and lights on request.<\/p>\n
