At an industry fair in 1991, a concept was developed for a highly progressive new project involving a swivel for hose, connected to the filling gun used for transferring LPG in a tanker truck hose.

Walter Smith founded Full-Circle at the end of that year and, in the process, was the first company to register a rotary union with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for LPG services. The SMAC-1 rotary union laid the groundwork for subsequent designs. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 1992, the SMAC series rotary unions for reels were developed, being the first of their kind to be registered with Underwriters Laboratories. The first SMAC series rotary unions were sold in December 1992.

In 1993, smaller size and diameter SMAC series swivels were developed, also being the first of their kind to be registered with Underwriters Laboratories for LPG service.

Two years later, the JO-1 hose-end rotary union was developed. The JO-1 was half the weight and size of the original SMAC-1 rotary union. The JO-1 received recognition from Design News Magazine as one of the best-designed products in 1995.

In 1998, Full-Circle’s product line included straight and 90\u00ba design rotary unions in sizes from \u00be\u201d to 2\u201d. In the same year, Full-Circle developed purge flanges for high-flow rate meters. The first flange was the MA-98ST. By the end of 1998, the company moved to new production facilities in Yucca Valley, California, USA.

In 1999, Victaulic-type rotary unions were developed for the transfer of refined fuels, leading to the development of the FC series.

Full-Circle holds various certifications allowing its products to be used in various parts of the globe. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, complies with EU directives, pressure equipment (PED), and ATEX directives. <\/p>\n
